By engaging Demetria Portable Toilets for portable toilet rental or related sanitation services, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Demetria Portable Toilets, located at 602 S Harrison St, Fort Wayne, IN 46802.
We provide portable toilet rental, luxury restroom trailer rental, handwash station rental, and related sanitation services throughout Fort Wayne, Indiana and surrounding areas. Service specifics, including unit types, quantities, rental duration, delivery dates, and servicing schedules, will be confirmed in your rental agreement.
All prices are quoted in US dollars. Rental pricing includes standard delivery, setup, and pickup unless otherwise specified. Additional charges may apply for extended rental periods, additional servicing visits, damage repair, or special placement requirements. Payment terms will be specified in your rental agreement.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled delivery receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows or refusal of delivery will be charged the full rental amount.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, ensuring adequate access for delivery and service vehicles, and notifying us of any changes to rental requirements. Customers are liable for damage to rental units beyond normal wear and tear.
Demetria Portable Toilets' liability is limited to the rental fees paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
